What We're Doing

In order to protect our employees and customers, we have implemented a COVID-19 Mitigation Plan.  This Plan was developed in accordance with Center of Disease Control (CDC) and State of Oklahoma recommendations.

We have taken increased steps to ensure our offices are clean and safe.  Our offices are fully functioning. However, we encourage customers to call ahead prior to visiting any of our locations.

You can expect continued prompt and professional service during this challenging time.  We are ready to help you, and our ability to handle every insurance need that arises has not been impacted.  

Claims

Your team at BancFirst Insurance remains available to assist with all of your insurance related questions. Specific questions regarding COVID-19 should be discussed with your agent. While we are not adjusters, we will continue to connect our customers with their carriers as needed. Only insurance carriers can make coverage determinations. All claims depend on specific circumstances of the claim and the exact forms applicable to the coverage in place.
